About us

“Sairme Recreational Farm” - a place where nature is reborn!

This is a unique and historically significant natural zone designed for public engagement. Sairme Recreational Farm stands apart from both traditional tourist destinations and classic protected areas. It is neither a museum nor a commercial park – it is a living environment for everyone who seeks closeness to nature. Here, the visitor is not merely an observer but a participant. The forest is the host, and the human is a guest – one who must earn back the forest’s trust.

This large-scale historical, ecological, and tourism project spans 13,000 hectares across the Vani and Baghdati municipalities.

The initiative focuses on forest restoration and ecosystem protection. One of its main goals is the breeding and reintroduction of endangered species, including the Caucasian red deer and chamois, both listed in the Red Data Book.

The project also promotes eco-tourism, educational, and adventure tourism — establishing trails, cottages, infrastructure, and safety systems, as well as organizing guided tours. The area will become a space where nature, knowledge, and adventure come together.

Over the next five years, investments of at least 4 million GEL are planned, contributing to both environmental protection and local community development through job creation. Every day, we work to restore and rejuvenate the forest ecosystem of Sairme – taking small steps toward a big goal: a future where humans and nature become friends once again.

Sairme Recreational Farm will become an open, protected, and diverse space – a place where nature, wildlife, and people live in harmony.
